From the Wards Island ferry dock. Not too much picture taking going on right now. Seasons change… etc.

beautifully bleak Davin. You and Gayla have yourselves a peaceful xmas break.

Stark and Minimalistic…this image feels very cold. The subdued color palette works well within the space. The little points of light help guide the eye along the plane. Nice image!

i thought i lost you yesterday! i went to look at your photos - and got a message i couldn’t connect — i thought maybe the canadian mounties came to drag you away… glad to see you’re okay — have a wonderful xmas weekend — and maybe break out some of that fast glass and shoot wide!!! I miss those shots — you’re the king of wide open I tell ya…

Rather antithetical to your usual subjects, which are seldom more than a few feet from end to end, often much less. I see most of a skyline here.

But otherwise:

Bleak *is* beautiful!

Have a great holidays Davin. Hope you’re doing well :)

Thanks for the holiday wishes folks. Right back at ya!

Bob, I have nothing that I would term as “fast glass” but I’ll try to get back into the swing of things. It’s just not there — you know?
