The variety of colors cast out of focus in the background is interesting but overall I am bored by this photo. That tinsely thing is ulgy.

Actually this really caught my eye - i happen to like the tinsel and depth of field.

Straight out of grade eight remedial art class? What pleases my eyes may be different from what pleases yours. Art is a matter of opinion and I am entitled to my opinions. Like it or not there is a reason why some people prefer Britney Spears over Pink Floyd. As someone once famously said, “There is no accounting for taste.”
