Photos taken with a FED-5 Rangefinder
I’m getting back a few rolls of film today after a large gap in both taking and processing pictures. I thought I would throw up some crazy yellow Fed-5 shots from when the last of the fall leaves were still hanging on.
These were taken just before dusk using the Fed’s “B” setting with no tripod. I still don’t know what it is about the Fed-5 that promotes these bizarre yellow shots but in this case low light had something to do with it.
Something different. I was chosen to participate in Veer’s second installment of Lightboxing. Two designers are given a simple theme and the same assets from Veer’s catalogue to create their own design. The finished designs are judged by Veer’s wisened judicial panel and a winner is chosen.
It was fun. We could only use the assets we were given and not add any other images or fonts that we had on our computers — so it was challenging as well. Check out the Veer site to see who won!
